RETURN POLICY

For all products ordered through our website, you may initiate a return in accordance with the terms specified in the respective seller's policy. This Return & Refund policy applies to products delivered within India. 

Some of the example are-

  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Damaged Item
  • Not Working Item

Shipping Label will be provided to enable easy return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS and EXCHANGE

The product can easily be returned. The actual return cost of the product is bared by the company, if the product is Defective or wrong item received.

To qualify for a return/exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Customers can return defective or incorrect products up to 7 days after receiving their order.
  • The product tags must remain intact.
  • The item should be in unwashed and unused condition.
  • Only new products are accepted, including those that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.
  • Include the original packaging when returning the item.
  • Please provide an unboxing video clearly showing any damage, missing items, or incorrect products received to help us process your request efficiently.
  • For imported products, refunds are issued only for returned orders, excluding shipping fees. Abandoned or confiscated packages are non-refundable. Domestic products qualify for a full refund.

  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following product categories are non-returnable unless there is inherent damage or a quality issue at the time of delivery

  2. Innerwear
  3. Swimwear
  4. Freebies

 REFUND OPTIONS

Customers have the following refund options:

  • Cash Refund (COD): Cash refund via bank transfer for all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Online Orders: The money will be refunded to the original payment method or credit card for all online orders within 3 business days after receiving the product.
  • Coupon Code: If your order was placed using a gift certificate, the refund will be issued as a new gift certificate of the same value.

    Return Label and Restocking Fee

    For returning products, a return label will be sent to you via email. Please download and print the label at no additional cost. There is no restocking fee.
