For orders placed within India, our Domestic Warehouse processes orders within 1-2 business days, and you can expect delivery within 3-5 days after processing. For international orders, we process them within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 8-13 days after processing, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method, However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, and other unexpected circumstances. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your items, offering you a seamless shopping experience both domestically and internationally. Our goal is to make sure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The available methods and their associated costs will be displayed at the checkout based on your PIN code and the products selected.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout before finalizing your order. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping, while orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping cost of ₹30.

Delivery Time: Delivery times generally take 4-7 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take 9-16 business days, depending on the product and destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it remains unclaimed, it will be returned to us.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team promptly. We will try to accommodate your request as long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet.

Delivery Partners: We collaborate with trusted delivery carriers to ensure a smooth shipping process. Our shipping partners include Delhivery, Bluedart, The Professional Couriers, Shadowfax-SS, Xpressbees-QXP, India Post, DTDC, and Ekart. These partners ensure that your orders are handled with care and delivered securely to your doorstep.

Customs Duties and Regulations: Certain products may be subject to customs duties or taxes as per regulations, which must be paid by the recipient. Delays may occur due to customs processing. If customs fees are refused, the shipment may be returned or held. Refunds will be issued only for returned orders, excluding shipping fee. Abandoned or confiscated packages are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: The product can be easily returned if it is defective or if you received the wrong item. The return cost will be borne by the company in such cases.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product tags must remain intact.

Refund Options: Customers have several options for refunds:

  • Cash Refund (COD): Cash refunds will be processed via bank transfer for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Online Orders: The refund will be issued to the original payment method or credit card for all online orders within 3 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Coupon Code: If you used a gift certificate or coupon during the order, the refund will be issued as a new gift certificate of the same value.
