Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons such as product or service availability, pricing errors, or potential fraudulent activity.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or promotions made available through the Service may have their own set of rules, separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy. In case of a conflict between the promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will apply.

RETURN POLICY

For all products ordered through our website, you may initiate a return in accordance with the terms specified in the respective seller's policy. This Return & Refund policy applies to products delivered within India.

  • Not Working Item

Shipping Label will be provided to enable easy return.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS and EXCHANGE

The product can easily be returned. The actual return cost of the product is bared by the company, if the product is Defective or wrong item received.

To qualify for a return/exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Customers can return defective or incorrect products up to 7 days after receiving their order.
  • The product tags must remain intact.
  • The item should be in unwashed and unused condition.
  • Only new products are accepted, including those that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.
  • Include the original packaging when returning the item.
  • Please provide an unboxing video clearly showing any damage, missing items, or incorrect products received to help us process your request efficiently
  • For imported products, refunds are issued only for returned orders, excluding shipping fees. Abandoned or confiscated packages are non-refundable. Domestic products qualify for a full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following product categories are non-returnable unless there is inherent damage or a quality issue at the time of delivery

  1. Sleepwear
  2. Innerwear
  3. Swimwear
  4. Freebies

REFUND OPTIONS

Customers have the following refund options:

  • Cash Refund (COD): Cash refund via bank transfer for all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Online Orders: The money will be refunded to the original payment method or credit card for all online orders within 3 business days after receiving the product.
  • Coupon Code: If your order was placed using a gift certificate, the refund will be issued as a new gift certificate of the same value.

Return Label and Restocking Fee

For returning products, a return label will be sent to you via email. Please download and print the label at no additional cost. There is no restocking fee.

Intellectual Property

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cartnow Technologies and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Cartnow Technologies.

Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to support@cartnow.in, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement as detailed below, under “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims”

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims on the infringement of any Content found on and/or through Service on your copyright.

DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

0.5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

0.6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
